Hi everybody,

So pleased to hear you have your money refunded Kingswood (thanks for the private email).  I was lucky enough to be one of the first to get my money back thanks to Montse and it's good to hear she has been successful in helping a number of people now, at a very reasonable cost.  I also had the pleasure of meeting her for the first time at the end of December in Mazarron.  Everything previously had been done by email and telephone from France!!

Good luck to those still trying to get their money refunded.

My lawyer Montse Gomez Ferreres in Murcia got my money back for me with interest on my two plots.  I can thoroughly recommend her and her charges were very reasonable, but I did have bank guarantees.  Phone No. 0034 649818363.  P.M me for her email address.

Really pleased to hear you have got your money back too especially being another Aramis client.

Lawyers costs were over a thousand more than I was charged but still well worth it for such a speedy result and the interest payment more than covers the costs involved.

I posted details that I have got my money back and that I was an Aramis client, because I thought it may be of help other people in the same situation as me, as it caused me many sleepless nights. 

I reserved my properties - plots 538 phase 1 and plot 486 phase 2 in 2004.  One for my retirement and one for either rental or resale.  I have  visited the development on many occasions and would have loved to have made this beautiful place a home for my retirement, since I reserved I had a heart attack and now have to see a cardiologist (sometimes on a weekly basis), it has meant because of the long delays I do not feel I can wait any longer for a retirement dream that may never materialise for me.

I do not benefit financially in any way from passing on details of my lawyer to anyone who it may be of interest to, I am just grateful to her that she was able to help me.  I was in a position that I needed an English speaking Spanish lawyer and Montse was recommended to me by another Spanish lawyer who could not help me because of a conflict of interests - I passed on her details to another couple -eddie who have also had their money refunded.

I do not know if Montse can help people without bank guarantees and as eddie has said I also do not know who my lawyer dealt with at Cam bank.  I do know it was more than one person, because apparently the manager who first approved my refund was replaced and Montse had to go through the proceedure again with another manager.  As Whitney says, if you want your money back you need to act now whatever lawyer you use.

Hi,

I've also got really good news.  This week had all my money refunded plus interest for my two villas reserved in 2004, which have not yet materialised!!

This is particularly good news for the many Aramis clients, as my properties were reserved through Aramis Investments.  The Cam bank wanted receipts for the payments made all that time ago, which I did not have, but my bank was able to help by supplying copies of the transactions made all that time ago, so this may help other people who are unable to supply the original bank receipts.

My English speaking Spanish Lawyer Montse has been an absolute star in all this and was able to discharge the bank guarantees without the need for expensive court proceedings.  Anyone wanting contact details please send me a private email.

Good luck to everyone else trying to salvage something from this unfortunate experience.
