We had the same problem a few years ago. We also

paid by direct debit iberdrola said we didnt pay a bill they never took a payment from our account

we got our property management company to contact iberdrola I think it took 10 days for them to

reconnect we had to pay a fee which they took from the same direct debit account its a joke but I think it happens

all the time. We also had to get the gas reset as there was no electricity the gas automatically shuts down.

Hi

We have a list of snagging still to be done we completed over a year ago. Visited the office many times with list but still many outstanding items. We have decided to fix problems ourselves as getting stressed about it and dont want to spend all our holidays in roda office because we know it will not make any difference.

Hi Steve

We have had similar problems with our water pressure we got an independant plumber to come and assess it and took him round to see Andrea to explain what  the problem was he was English but also spoke spanish. The problem was the water pressure was dropping every time the heating was on he reckond we had a leak turned out when the kitchen was fitted there was a screw into the hot water pipe the only way we identified the leak was to manually put the pressure up in the boiler. Anyway after weeks of arguments with roda they fixed it only because we where still within the year maintance. The company is Heating Solutions Tel: (0034) 628772531 the guy name was Mike.
