Anyone thinking of buying from HUMA should be aware that they are totally unscrupulous.  Many people have been left paying huge amounts of money for property they cannot have on Almanzora Country club and Huma do not have the decency to even reply to letters.  Even the Bank Guarantees on this development have proved a nightmare and after two years of fighting people have still not been refunded.  Dont be taken in by this builder and all their promises and dont let your agent or the builder recommend legal advisers to you.  Buying in Spain is an absolute nightmare - if things go wrong your lawyer will be useless, the bank guarantee will not be honored without problem and as for the Government, well they couldn't care less!!  Even with help from a solicitor and trading standards you will be lucky to get redress.
