Hi marit13, we too have had the same problem. Discovered the leak last Oct although we had highlited that we expected there to be a prob if it rained, when we did the snagging.  PW first came out at begining of November and have been working away on and off, ever since to rectify the problem.  We final got word from our key holders this week that the work was completed so fingers crossed.  We've been communicating with customer services through the email address and have to say they have always replied within an hour or so to any of our queries, we've dealt with Fernando.

When over in Feb this year the guy in the sales office said that the 2nd course would be started as soon as the 1st one was finished.  Hopefully that means that we'll start seeing some movement there shortly.  He also said that the 2nd course would be ready a lot quicker because it was a Bears best and all the holes had been done before, therefore they knew what they were doing.  The reason the 1st course took a bit longer is because it was a brand new design and they had a few changes that had to be made thoughout the process.

Hi All

Looking for a bit of advice.  When out in Oct, we discovered that we had suffered a bit of damage due to the storms/heavy rains.  The stairs to the sun terrace are obviously not sealed properly, resulting in mould/damp patches in the bathroom and alcove in the sitting room.  We have arranged for PW to come out and have a look later this month.  Has anyone else had the same problem and if so what did PW do/how long did the work take?

No point taking a light bulb Clarkey, there's no fixture to put it into.  All you get is the loose wires coming through the ceiling and contractors electricity which might not be on while you're there. Would agree about staying onsite to get a better feel for the resort but we stayed in a Hotel at Torre Pachco (next to LA Torre) when we completed last year as it was central for everything we had to do in a few days. PW Head office, NIE numbers from office in Murcia (I think), Notary office in Los Alcozares, etc

If you do stay on site the surgery internet is €12 for 500 mins or €4 for 50 mins. Internet cafe in Camposol is €1 per 30 mins, and 15c to print off a page or the Alley Palais does an hour for €1.

We got our keys last August and PW were still prepared to fix issues when we were out a couple of weeks ago, think you get a year to sort things out.
