Hi Everybody,

Just want to say first,although buying an apartment at Novos Arcos has been a painful and asset draining experience,like many others,i would like to thank all of you for the information posted which has been both invaluable and in a bizarre way ,comforting. ( I am not alone etc )
I have sent private messages to several of you with questions.....thanks in advance.  

Secondly i wanted to ask what is available regarding Internet Acess in Arcos?i was hoping to get a pay as you go or a monthly contract.
(For the foreseeable future i am planning/hoping to spend about 6 weeks a year at Arcos and do not want to get locked in to an annual contact.)
I have put a similar posting ( re the internet ) on the 'Utilities' forum on this site today and somebody has just replied saying a monthly contract is available via 'Orange',Is 'Orange' available in the Arcos area ?

Hi,
I have been reading here and other sites how intenet access is developing rapidly in Spain,particulary mobile Internet.
I wanted to ask if it is now possible to obtain access via pay as you go,or daily,weekly or monthly contracts.

The reason i ask is that i am planning to be in Spain about 6 weeks a year ( 3 trips) and wanted to avoid the cost and waste of an annual contract.
I will be in Arcos de La Frontera,Near Jerez,I am not sure how developed the internet is for mobile access in this area also.

Hi All,

This is my first posting.

I have completed on an apartment at Novos Arcos and also have problems regarding the Kitchen.Sunset Estates owe me 5000 euro,s towards the Kitchen that was due to be installed last December but apparently the supplier sent the wrong kitchens and then went into liquidation over xmas hols,thats the story i got.

I  have been in regular contact with Lynda Carter over this,(who i met and got a good impression of her,honourable etc) and all seemed ok until Lynda,s..well gone.

I have called Sunset Estates several times and Tim,s mobile but no calls back.I have also emailed Luis the solicitor on this issue but he has not responded.

I am thinking to come over to Arcos in May to see whats going on,or try to...

I would appreciate if i can make a contact with those of you over there regarding this and as i dont speak spanish also.
