Jules, which Solicitor are you using ?   Our Spanish Solicitor took £1600 off is several years back, took our case to Court and made a claim against the developers.  He now says ( as we all know ) that they are bankrupt and we've got no chance of a result.

ive sent them the article in the Daily Mail, but their comment was " yes but that was a different development"
