Regarding the untidy waste land that is set aside for the proposed development of Phase 5.

Already Phase 4B would appear to be several years down the line, so the prospect of Phase 5 being started must be at least 5 years , if at all.

Could it be possible that this area of land could be made into a 9 hole pitch and putt course which would be a great attraction to young lads (and lasses) as well as giving the resort a much more finished and attractive look.

I have no idea of what the costs involved would be but surely it is something worth investigating and if in years to come Roda decided to resume development then that is their perogative.

In the meantime many youngsters would have started on the road to becoming proper " golffers"

Hi Eveyone,

Im a phase 3 owner who was out between 4th and 17th July at which point the flies were a pain in the neck, particularly in the 2nd week. However, i returned for a week from 24th to 31st July after the area had been sprayed and we were not bothered by fly's in the slightest, in fact hardly even noticed one in the time we were there! 

Just thought i'd add some positive spin on the subject!

Not everyone is as well informed as yourself or have the time to trawl through all previous threads. Could you not have a little patience with people who are new to this site and allow them to learn for themselves rather than having a needless go at them.
