Hi all
I am an owner, but not resident, so do not have close relationship with either of the parties.
In my experience over the last few years Millenium seem to have moved the resort on in leaps and bounds since taking over management and I have always found them to be helpful and curteous when I have visited the office. But essentially they are employed by all of us and if they are asked to provide certain information that relates to the finances they should and making personal attacks via email is not an accpetable business practice.
Being out here at the moment, they seem to have sent this email at a perfect time for them.
Also, unlike some people who have posted so far, I do know who Phil Tann is. In saying that, he is not a personal friend and I have have limited contact with him over the years. Due to this contact we are in a position to say hello to each other, knowing who we are, but not to a point where we have a beer to chew the fat.
The experience I have had with Phil is that he has been more than helpful any time that I have asked for it, probably more than he needed to be.
This all should have been sorted behind closed doors, but I just wanted those who do not know Phil and only have an opinion of him from the Millenium email, have another persons view.
