I was originally on phase 3 which they canceled I verbally agreed to go to another plot,  but in the 6 months they took to send me the new contract I contacted them on numerous occassions to say I did not want to continue, so for the last 4 years I have had an unsigned contract at home, apparently just saying yes is enough in spain.

hiya just seen this, I had a telephone call last Tuesday from someone at Polaris giving me the coice of either completing, calling it quits and lose the €68000 I have paid or they will start legal procedings against me to recover the other €100,000. ooops, how far have they gone with sueing you.
