I was hit by a car while cycling recently and was wondering if anyone can recommend a solicitor they have used?  If so what fees did they charge and how long does the process take? I’m also unsure if using a Spanish or British company is best post Brexit. I have a NIE and Spanish address but live in the UK.

We have €30 plus €7 fee taken each year by Sabadell for certif no redencia. I'm not sure but think that is the same? We have no solicitor.

I've had items sent from Ebay which have arrived just before we got there or while we were out. I collected form the post office in Alahama.

Maybe the 600 euros is for inside and out? They didn't state exactly what it was for and that would make more sense. I too had wondered why the community can't directly employ a manager, gardeners, security and painters rather than contibute to the big profits of these companies.
