I've now intsructed a debt collection agency to retrieve our money. We've served notice on the tenants and asked Jenny D'or to collect our keys and change the locks on our behalf. AH are a shower of sh*te! It doesn't surprise me that you are still expreiencing problems. I will keep you posted as to how we get on.

Hi Ophil,
Been a while since we spoke, I'm still chasing my rent its now been 6 months plus utilities. When I spoke to Lucian over a month ago he claimed he didn't know I wanted the money paying direct into my spanish account and so asked me to send bank details over. As yet still no sign of any money. Have just tried calling again but he's not there. Just wondered how you were getting on, are you still facing similar issues?

Thanks. I'am going to contact Lucian in the Spanish office and see if I can get any comittment out of them. This shouldn't be this difficult. Once my tennet leaves end of September I will be ditching them, they are appualing, renting shouldn't be this difficult.
Has anyone else had any experience of Danesp I had some communication with them and they promised to be much better but then they would say that I guess? Has anyone actually used them or knows of any of reputible agencies?

I have just read these threads and seem to be having the same problems. They rented my apartment on a 6 month long term at 400 euros a month without even asking me. When I signed originally they said they would get at least 4000 for July and August. I have spoken to Shaun in the bedford office who fobbed me off with the account department number wich nobody answers. I have tried about 15 times over the last 3 week and nothing. They also owe me for utlities bills by my tennat which they said they would collect and pay in to my spanish bank account. I am at the point now where I need the rental income soon. They owe me for April to end of June and said it would be paid earlu July, but nothing. I am going to try one more time and then will drive down there and camp out in their office. I am also considering seeking legal advice as they appear to have broken the terms of their contract several times. Is there any sense in us joining together to approach a solicitors for advice??

We have a 2 bed apartment in Costa Azhar I which was completed in Jan 07, we have just had it soft furnished as well, its also south facing so you get sun on the balcony all day, plus we are one of the only apartment blocks that doesn't have a block directly opposite on the other side of the road. If you are interested we would consider selling for less than 237,000. If interested let me know I'd be happy to consider doing a deal without estate agents involved.
