Hi Clive

I bought an appartment with a completion date ofend 2005 on my contract. Th appartment block had not been completed by that time and I enforced the clause in my contract and recieved my money back. I was however advised by my Lawyer that the polaris definition is that the building is ready  not whether it is ready for completion. I am not sure if this has been tested yet perhaps someone can advise.

Also bought a townhouse which is now ready and absolutly fantastic.

I'm having a hard time getting gas fitted to my property (A town house) Polaris just blame Repsol the gas company.

Has anyone had or got the same problems is there any where else I can go to resolve this
