Hi All

For those who have completed at Fairways,could someone let me know what  bank valuation they achieved

on a 2 bed 1 st floor facing the 2nd swimming pool. If could let me know asap i need to get my mortgage

application underway asap. I look forward to your reply

Also would anybody give good reccomendation for a lawyer in spain for property law.

Sure but if we all join forces and make it as difficult as possible for Jale and Ammex. They have simply taken their money and run.What ever deal has been done for the maintenance of the site seems to suit Ammex and Jale best not the owners of the apartments who each in turn have funded the development. Jale are just treating everyone like puppets,we need to stand up to them get them sorted as a united front.

During the purchase completion stage snagging should be complete at least on your own purchased apartment unit. I believe Jale and ammex are just covering each other up,with regard to the communial areas which will add extra value to the site finish and presentation when complete. And hence will help us who have invested for capital and rental returns to achieve bookings we need.

Hi Guys,

We should ensure the snagging is done to an acceptable standard.
It should be in the interest of your legal to team to ensure everything is done to your requirements.
That's what we pay the legal eagles to do.

If we can'nt ensure the above,i would reccommend with holding any maintenance funds to ammex
until the work has been done to required level. There is nothing like withholding money from
them to get the Job done. Jale have consisently passed the buck, it is time they were hurt financially.
By they i mean the Ammex,Jale and anybody else involved in this scandal.I know ammex are stuck in the middle
but they should be much stronger for us. We need to demand a meeting with the directors of Jale to get the answers


Jale have been totally unprofessional with every aspect of the build phase,licence
granting and snagging via ammex.We need to join forces if we are to sue these liars for loss of rental income,inconveince,
and unwanted travel expenses.

 At the end of the day we all want to enjoy our investment or holiday home soon to an acceptable standard,but Jale and associatedcrooks in this scandal need to be shaken up.

I am waiting for my licence anyday now, i bought mine through dave robinson.
I very hope to get my license and get my mortgage underway as soon as possible
Any further news on the license(s) would be appreciated?
