Hello all

I am new to the forum and a little advice from other investors would be much appreciated.
I too invested in the Jumilla project at Santa ana Golf and i am awaiting the conclusion of the on-going court case against the builder.

My solicitor in Spain is advising that i take a solicitor to represent me at the court case and i have until the end of August to send the relevant documents i.e. Power of Attorney to Spain.

However i can not afford the expense of another solicitors bill at the moment so i have a decision to make.Do i err on the side of caution and go into more debt or do i trust my bank guarantee
I do have a bank guarantee and i thought that this would be adequate to protect my deposit and i don't want to spend unecessary
amounts of money.

What i would like to know is -Has anyone else taken the decision to decline the use of a solicitor and do you think that the bank guarantee is adequate protection for my deposit ?
