We are selling a beautiful 2 seater and 3 seater cream leather sofas. In perfect condition. These come from our own apartment which is not used for rental. Our plan is to replace with a corner sofa set. We will be in roda from 14th to 24th January.

Has anybody considered swapping a week or two. For example if you want to bring out relatives or friends - why get your apartment cluttered with camp beds and people - Why not consider swapping a week in my place for a week in your place!!  This could work out when rentals are lean! Any body got any thoughts on this!

Can anybody give me some thoughts on th epurchase of AC for a Phase 2 Ground floor apartment. Is the Roda Package good value? Has anybody purchased Aircon outside of Roda. What kind of prices should I budget for?
