We will definitely be getting a pool.  Not really looked into companies/ various costs yet but we will install the pool before we move out.

Hi Davey Michelle & Daniel - we are moving to LTR permanently and our boys are aged 3 (Harry), 4 (Jake) & 5 (Lewis).  We are practically neighbours, our plot is R27.  We are hoping to send them to Kings College which is at La Torre (polaris world) just down the road.  Really looking forward to the move but a bit nervous.  Nice to know there is another mum close by for a natter.

Dear Maur/Ger, I would not worry about your late payment.  We changed plots recently and our new contract was sent to us with details of further deposit needed.  I didn't read it properly at the time and when I did finally pay , it was only then I realised it was about 6 weeks overdue!  Nobody mentioned anything.

Having spoken to  our agent, she has informed me that La Torre (Polaris World) has a new Kings College, which is an English school.  Only a 15 minute drive away which is ideal.  She also said that Los Alcazares has an excellent Spanish School.

Just to let you know that we originally purchased a Tuscany in July 06 which had a completion date of Sept 07.  We have recently changed plots to a Roda and the new completion date on the contract is March 08.  No great surprise here but doesn't look like we will be spending Christmas there.
