  In February 2008 we paid a huge deposit (a total of 30%) and completion should have taken place August 2008.  Building stopped after Easter for six months.  Sporadic work has been carried out since then but it is still not completed.  The developer does not respond to our Lawyer, the Notary, or up until now, to the Court.  We believe 10/11 properties were reserved/purchased - and these buyers must surely be in the same position.  Are you one of them, or... do you know anyone who is?
