We are new to this site and like many others have our concerns over this developer and the development itself. We are very concerned that without the sporting facilities / pool etc  (which we will have paid for in the initial cost of the apartment) that we could have to put our hands in our pocket again, as a group and obtain an outside contractor to build seperately. Aifos have been a nightmare to deal with, since our original agent, Interreality, went bust. Their communication system seems to be non exsistant.

We have walked through our apartment, Block Pensamiento, ground floor,  the views are stunning, the build quality itself is something to be desired, the proposed fensing off of the Garden area more like Colditz., and adding insult to injury Aifos are demanding approx another 12,000 euros as the shape of the apartment has had to change, I might add without any consultation with ourselves, does anyone else have this experience?

We are currently considering withdrawing completly  together with a change of lawyer.
