- jason the most important thing about having a keyholder is not them residing on the resort, it about being a legally registered business, that we are and very few others. and in an emergency the local number is 112 other than that a ten minute wait is acceptable, Many 'keyholders' who live on the resort have been unobtainable at times, and called on us to get there issue fix/solved but as we have staff that do reside on the resort we are available all hours 24/365

Just sounds like you have an issue.
