Congratulations on the birth of your first grandchild, I am sure things happen for a reason. 

Also as I am sure many people will agree its a  fantastic opportunity to get a resale at a fantastic price.  There are now so many properties available in San Juan and other places at much reduced prices.  Also whilst I believe that the Calas site will be fantastic when finished, you will have a less stress free purchase on a resale.  Ie paperwork should already be in place to check everything and all ready for you to use immediately.

How simple once you now how  Thanks for that.

 

Where I am , unfortunately it is raining and feels cold to me!! probably because I am used to 30 odd degrees in summer, it sure as hell feels cold to me.

Hi All

Following thread with interest as we live in the area and know someone who is buying at Calas, plus look after some properties in San Juan.   Unforunately, not had much opportunity to go on site and actually view as much building work going on and dont want to waste sales peoples time, when we are not buying

However, can not seem to view photos on the forum, can someone advise me how to do it?    I have looked at Stu's as link to his own site, but can not find out how to view them on here.

Also if you look on Viva Almeria under rental accomodation, lots of apartments in San Juan available, especially at that time of year.
