We pulled out from phase 4 in july and we got a refund at the begining of October. We have bought in phase 1. I think it will be some time before phase 4 is completed.

I have just received an email form Nuria Galan and I quote from her closing repliey

"Anyway, it is not true that we are offering the possibilty to move into another block, apartment or so"

She has also asked from what internet site did I obtain the information from.

We have telephone Gerens this morning. They asked for all our contact details which we have given to them before, they told us that they we still acting for Sur 21. Not being able to get any information from them we asked to speak to a manger. Then they put the phone down on us. What good is the contact number if no one can help.

I have telephoned Arenal and they have told me that the completion date for phase four block 5 sholud be 31st March. Does anyone know more than this
