Can anyone help with advice on how best to sell my Aunty's house in Vera Playa, Almeria.  She needs to sell quickly to move back to England to look after my Grandad. Any suggestions on the best way to sell which doesn't cost lots of money. Our estate agent in Spain is useless! 

Alternatively does anyone know if anyone wants to buy a 4 bedroom house in Vera Playa, Almeria. Coastal views, swimming pool and very family orientated.
