We brought through Polaris World and have had a mail from them today saying that they have met with Polaris World and Polaris World have told them that Phase 2, Phase 12 and Las Islas 4&5 will be completed by the first 6 months of 2010.  They would not give specific dates for the properties but did say they would give 8 weeks notice to sign.

Hi,

Has anyone yet secured their second guarantee?  Our solicitor is chasing still.  Spoke to PW today and they say they will chase their finance area.  Still saying they have not got the license to build phase 2 yet.  But they anticipate completion to be end of 2009 beginning of 2010.

Interested to know if anyone has started to explore if there is anyway to get money back.

We had asked our solicitor to contact Polaris World to see what is going on with the old phase 5 (new phase2) as we were getting concerned as it appeared they had no certificate to start yet. They have told her they have now started on pahse 2 and expect completion to be next year.  They did vaguely state that it might be first half but probably second half of 2009.  Sounds a bit hopefult to me but we are out next weekend so will be visiting site and offices to see if we get the same story.
