We have also won against the developer but are unsure how to proceed to actually get our money back.

Our lawyer thinks going after the lawyers we used when purchasing in Green Hills is the best route as we were not given a bank guarantee even when we requested it.

Could I inquire as to whether you had a bank guarantee or not?

Also, do you have contact details for your lawyer Ana Maria Vazquez Meirino so that I may get in touch.
