Another email sent - hopefully our action will prompt some investigation. 

I have only the deposit tied up in this mess (3,000 euros) but it annoys me that Huma appear to be getting away with holding on to peoples hard earned money - my solicitor has had no response from Huma - what chance do we have.

She is dealing with our purchase (which we began in March 2005) - we have only paid the deposit so far. Huma wanted the next payment by July 2005 - Yolanda insisted that we paid no more until she gets the OK that they have the license/planning permission. She seemed to be on the ball and thankfully all I have paid out is £2,000 (deposit) so far.

I was told by the project manager in March 2005 that although the predicted time for completion of our Tarifa was December 2006 he expected the property to be finished by August 2006.
