some time ago I posted here on behalf of elderly relative re unfinished development at alcaidesa and got no replies!!!

the site is completely abandoned

ocean estates/alert on holdings and various other con merchants thieves and scammers seem to have ridden off into the sunset! A legal victory has been achieved but no money. Are there any other "owners" of shells on this development out there?

or any residents who know of the site and what may be happening????

Alcaidesa/ocean estates/allerton holdings

A relative is embroiled in the ocean estates/allerton/alcaidesa fiasco. Her development is the unfinished bit in the middle of the alcaidesa site. What is happening are there any other purchasers of this dev around what are they doing what are the chances of anything happening etc
