I've only just noticed your message which is a couple of weeks old now and maybe you've managed to sort things out. I too am a Bancaja customer and had the same problem in reverse....pin but no card. I only managed to resolve the problem when I went back to spain at my local branch in La Linea. Once there the card was issued within 24 hours.

 After a long wait we have finally completed on my our apartment at La Alcaidesa Golf and Beach Resort. We have just returned to UK having set up and furnished the apartment ready for use. Phase 1 is all complete although the pool is yet to be cleaned and commissioned. Phase 2 is also nearing completion. The apartments are all pretty much finished and the contractor is working to finish the externals. We have had the usual issues about snagging but managed to get most done whilst we were there. Procusan are the developer and I beleive that after some problems with their building contractor thay are now finishing the development themselves.

I would be interested to hear from any other purchasers on this development.
