We have finally got our deposit back also.

We went to court against the developer for breach and won our case in May 2009.

It then took us 3 year to get our money as the developer would not pay.
Persistence finally paid off and the money arrived in two installments and the last has just hit the bank.

9 years I don't want to relive.

We were at this stage 2 months ago and still awaiting the judges decision.

In the same boat as you guys. Just spoken with my lawyer having issued proceeding in November. Just got the date through for our initial court hearing. September 2007!. It will be close to being completed by then but in for a penny. We're proceeding to get our cash back and see what happens in Spetember. Anybody had any luck getting monies returned since the beginnig of the New Year?
