nice easy to get to beach/rock fishing from a nearby beach to DH2?

boat charter company to go out further?

Also what permits , if any,  do i need? And where do i get them if i do?

Completed on top floor appartment in R4 last week with no problems!

Snagging list not too extensive, i was actually impressed with the overall finish considering other peoples bad experiences i have read on this forum.

Boiler had a small leak (quickly fixed by onsite plumber) Also had a waste water back up problem caused by a builders rubble blockage at ground level (and again quickly remedied by onsite plumber)

Let down by white goods suppliers, they delivered all but the fridge so no ice cold beers to celebrate yet....

Has anyone had problems completing on DH2 with a mortgage?

I have had a moving in letter from my agents, set the ball rolling with all parties, booked flights etc.

I keep seeing mentions on forums about problems with a lack of a licence of habitation being issued, saying that the lack of this only affects those with a mortgage.
