Hi Guys

We bought on Terrazas in March 2006. I was one of those let down by Alhama. We also bought on Mar Menor II at the same time. Its been really frustrating waiting to live the dream. I came to La Torre in March to see how things were progressing and it just so happened that PW were selling of the last of the Town Centre apartments on La Torre at a very good price. We could not resist and bought one. 
Having 3 properties is just being greedy so we have decided to see if we can off load the Terrazas property. So, if anyone out there interested its 2 bedroom, 54sq m with a double aspect  terrace of 20 sq m. which I believe is double the size of most.
Its on Block 21 overlooking the swimming pools. I don't know if Polaris are offering any discounts but the starting prices on there web site is €144,000. Because of the size of the terrace etc we paid a lot more than the original starting prices. However we would be looking to sell for what we paid for it . We are being told Phase one is expected to be released Dec this year. So if anyone is interested we are looking for €128,000.

Emailed customer services last week. They phoned me this morning. Although building work is progressing well Phase I completion date is first half  2009. Mar  Menor II second half 2009.

Looks as though they are making good progress.  strange does not seem as though there is any work being done on the layout of the golf course. I was led to believe the golf course is laid out before construction starts, as in deed they have done at Mar Menor II. I just wonder if the thinking is to get the building work done first and share the facilities of La Torre for a while. The link road is nearly complete and is only a few hundred yards away.
