If you want to keep your caravan in Spain for more than six months it will need to be registered as seperate vehicle, in will need an ITV so you will need all original documentation for the caravan and any towbar fitted to your car.  You will also have duty to pay.

It's important that people do more than just visual checks . Check that drains and cables are in place for aircon, And that all Electrical connections are in place . After we moved in we found out that there was no cables to the oven . Two days work to feed in new cables. We were lucky, if the conduit was blocked as some people have found it can turn into a huge job.

I had a Garmin and it would not find Terrazas. We bought a Tom Tom and that has all the street names for the complex.

When using the Garmin as we arrived at places we dropped a pin in the location and added to favourites with a name for later use.

Has anyone had any success with having parcels delivered on to the complex from the likes of Amazon etc. If so did they come to your apartment or security?
