You know I think you are absolutely right, lets just ignore TrickyVic and JamesAshley and the frustration they will feel from been ignored will make us all feel better.

Rory2, bit of a long shot here but were you the guy that came on the inspection tour with a friend just to assit them in buying and ended up buying yourself as a place to stay while on business!!

JamesAshely, who the god damn hell are you, do you not get it, we are all quite aware that we are highly unlikely to get any money back but justice must be done and that's all the IFA's that gave advise and the directors of OVP behind bars!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really hope that you are right and that we are all getting our money back in March this would be absolutely marvellous.  I do have to let you know that we have been given dates for the sale of our properties in Morocco on numerous occasions and as soon as the date approaches the goal post is once again moved, like I say I hope you know something we don't but to be honest I wouldn't hold your breath.  We were promised sales of our properties July 2008, October 2008 and end of November 2008 and guess what were still waiting when they went into Administration so I guess absolutely no chance now, more chance of making a successful cup of tea in a chocolate teapot.

Well it amazes me that some people who are on this forum still treat us as though we are idiots.  Administration I think we all understand but you understand we are all very angry, these people have had no right to hold onto our money whether it is tied up in property or not, they did not honour their side of the agreement and are a disgrace.  As for saying we shouldn't expect anything other than our money back, we are all standing out of interest lost on this money over the years which a majority of us have had to fund through our mortgages, our homes are at risk and it is just down right wrong.  If there is any justice in this world we should all get our money back with interest made on it and be able to sleep again at night without the financial worry that this nightmare has given us!!!!!!  But maybe I'm just living in cuckoo land!!!!!!
