As any proxy votes owners send in for the AGM have to be submitted to Milleniun for checking to see if they are valid, could anyone tell me if the proxy votes that Mileniun always turn up with to outvote things they require pushing through are validated by anyone other than themselves? This seems to be a very easy system to manipulate as they already know how many proxy votes a person has that could be standing against their preferred candidate, making it easy to conjure up the required number of proxy votes to push through their requirements.

Anyone got any thoughts?
