Have you found anyone yet to manage your property?  I'm in Phase 3 and know the perfect people... their website is at www.lifeatmojonhills.com.  The couple who run it are friendly, reliable and we've used them for just over a year and trust them implicitly.

You can't go wrong!  :-)

Hi all,

One of our residents has kindly set up a webpage for all Phase 3 owners for Villas numbered 1 to 5, 8, 10 to 14, 16 to 29, 32, 34, 37, 38 to 41 and 14A and 14B to join in order to put your views across regarding discussions for our Phase as well as discuss our yearly costings.  It will be a forum based site where you can put your views across as well as read others and see what's going on. 

Please do get in contact with me if you wish to join as I can then invite you to join the webpage so you can get to know everyone on the Phase, talk about what's going on, keep up to date with community fee spending etc etc.  Would be great to hear from you all.
