we were there up untill the 8th of Jan & break in were still happening.

We have had to have security grills put on all our windows & window locks due to a break in in November.

Have a look at the Security thread posted today to see if the bulders are going to do anything.

Hi Everyone,

I havejust returned from murcia & whilst there i visited the Llanera office in San Javier.

They have model of the development there & also models of the various types of properties,its worth a look.

The lady in the office there told me they are look at Spring 2007 before the 20%  deposit is due & contrcts will be done then as long as they have received the liscence to build.

The second lot of properties have noiw been released & are more expensive.
