Hi everyone
We also have a property on the development which will be available from September. It's a 3 bedroomed penthouse overlooking the village (so hopefully the noise from the building works should be low as we are facing away from the site). It will be fully furnished, child friendly and wit air con.

We have had a lawyer recommended by a friend who has also bought property in Spain. The company is based in Torrevieja. Luis Ruiz Fernandez, tel. 966706408. There is a bilingual English employee called Belen (pronounced like Helen) who is very helpful. In our dealings so far the firm has been very efficient and helpful.

Yes, I'm just back from Spain too where I spoke with and Ian and Leah, who have already moved into their penthouse. They also think that Taray do a good deal on the air-con. Ian has a building background and has looked around for various air-con deals.
