Lawyers or developers? We're still waiting to hear whether ours have released the funds or not. I assume from your message, yours has. Do you know whether they all have?
Negligent? Who knows. I guess there may not have been a strict timescale within which they would or would not release funds, but IF THEY KNEW that SJ was going down the pan, then would it be more
criminal than negligent???? (As I'm not a lawyer, this is a question not a statement)
