Has anyone been to customer services at polaris world main office. I would like to hear from anyone  how you got on please, We were there today after a 11 week wait to get our aircons fixed to be told they don't have a electrian and they don't know if they will ever get one. But in the meantime we where told it would be better to fix it ourseleves as they are very short of money. We asked if they had gone bust ,not yet we are short of money so can't employ a electrian. ..They did not even apologise . We asked to speak to a manger was told they did'nt have one
