Hi Sonia

 

I have never bought off plan so can you just clarify something for me. If I was to purchase now for a property that would be ready for completion september 2007, would I then have to wait 2 years for the pool, restaurants and other facilties to be available to me  and would I be living in the middle of a building site for another 4 years. How would this effect my investment if I was hoping to rent the property out.

Hi my name is Sharon and I am seriously considering buying a property on this development. Can anyone tell me what made you decide on this development, when there seems to be hundreds being built in this area. Also, if I went on an inspection trip in the next month what would I find.
