Has anyone had dealings with Elene Lopez Solicitors and got a refund of monies.  My inlawas have been trying since October last year and only just managed to get them to start the ball rolling, however they want an upfront fee for the litigation agent and then in time fees for a court agent pre hearing and hearing date, they already have funds in the account.  Before they go ahead they just want to check that this is the legitimate process.  Also I read a thread on here with regard the the insurance taken out by the developers on behalf of the purchasers which comes into play if they are more than 8 months over the proposed finish date - how does this work?

 

Any help would be appreciated]

My father-in- law also has purchased in phase 4 - 4 years ago, they now dont know whether to continue waiting until 2009, take another apartment in phase one which they have been offered or whether to try and get their monies back.   
If they were to go for the latter and cancel - what is the best way to go about this, and what if any is the likliehood of having the money returned.

My inlaws Phil and Trisha are going out there tomorrow.  They have purchased in block 4 and havent been over there for about 18 months, so they will see a big difference (hopefully!).  I am sure they will be posting photos on this site when they return to keep everyone updated.  If anyone has any news on block 4 i am sure they would be very interested
