I live here so I am available anytime. Will, you have my email address.

Have been for a walk around the new phase - its looking very nice! Some of the pools have been filled and all the cranes have gone now! Theres very few builders on site now and its very peaceful!

Our new security guards seem very concientious, they are always walking around the site and checking out any cars that enter.

Hi.

I brought my box and card from the UK, when I moved i here. We bought an adapter for a couple of euros from Carrefour and it is fine. We've lived in Coto Real since June and only lose the sky signal during thunder storms.

We cant get a phone or internet yet - something about there not being enough connections on site. Have been told it could take a year or more. I have a vodafone mobile internet connection that I got from Top Digital in estepona. We then use a skype phone to dial out  you cant get a skype in number in Spain.

How do people feel about getting together one weekend here in Coto Real. All the neighbours can then introduce themselves to each other and we can discuss various "community matters".

I was thinking about Easter or one of the bank holiday weekends in May. We could meet in the gardens ( all contribute with some food and a bottle) or I'm sure we could find a bar/cafe that would be willing to accomodate us.

I have just received my service charges notification - it seems a little excessive at €1900 for 10 months bearing in mind that the road is a mess, we have no rubbish collection at the top end, I cant get a phone line and the gardeners are working on the new phase! We were told at the notary that the charges would be about €400 a quarter, my bill for the quarter to March is €550.

What are peoples thoughts? When are we going to form our own community? Would anyone be interested in getting a group together to meet with AEA and/or R&Y to discuss various matters?

I have a copy of the 2007 budget if anyone wants a copy.
