Hi guys

just wanted to confirm this was a final ruling in the high  Court .

we have also been through the local courts 3 times with the stats as  follows :won first ,lost second and won third .

As you can see this was no easy ride but keep on going ,get the right lawyer ,and go for what us rightly yours!!

I understand people being sceptical about my story ,that s your choice !

This is no advertisement! Get in touch with Ana Maria I'm

 sure she will show the proof !!! 

Also  I just checked some emails from my lawyer ,the bank was banco popular for those

that were intrested.

was allowed ,the money has been returned in full

Hi sorry for the late reply!

we have received all the monies owed including intrest.

 We also did not have a bank guarantee linked to the property but the lawyer cited

a general guarantee ? Although you will have to ask her about the details!

The banks name escapes me although I think this would not matter!

as you can see I am a bit vague on detail ,

this is because Ana Maria dealt with everything for us ,we had to make a few hard decisions

But the hard work was done by Ana Maria ,Our trust in her paid off

We brought in Greenhills approx 10 years ago and refused to complete due to the legal problems associated with the development ,We hired our Lawyer Ana Maria Vazquez Meirino to help us obtain our deposit back.After 3 court cases against the developer (of which we won the first and last) we were hopeful of a good result. Then the developer went bust!. Ana Maria wanted us to go for after the Bank , we were not keen and were ready to thow in the Towell ,she convinced us to go for it as it was our only option for any money. 

We have just won with no chance if appeal!! The full deposit (around 110,000 Euro )plus interest of 47,000 euro
