We have our deposit back, still fighting the developers for costs and interest. Costaluz Lawyers have worked wonders for us. When we signed for our house with a substantial deposit, the agent who initially adviced us we did not need a lawyer until we received the finished building. Two years past and no building, we were asked to sign to build on another plot by the developers. This we did but I started to get concerned and after reading on eyeon Spain forums I came across Costaluz Lawyers , I contacted Maria and were adviced go forward and cancell the contract. this is where it all started,thankfully.

We won the first instance court case, the banks appealled, we won that aswell.

Maria and her team at Costaluz Lawyers have been super and can't thank them enough.

We can start rebuilding our life.

Hi , just to let you know our court case was in Murcia and it took the judge over 18months to make a decision, thankfully in our favour. Waiting now to see if an appeal is challenged .This ordeal started back in 2007,will be glad to see the end off it. Great work by the Costaluz team.

It has been a while since I was last on the forum.My wife and I have been waiting patiently for a decision from the courts in Murcia ( May 2012 ) regarding our claim for a deposit refund. What sort of time scale should we expect.I have read that people on the forum have received their deposits back and wondering should we expect a decision in the near future.We feel very frustrated.Our claim has been on the go since November 2009
