Can anyone share their experiences of flying to Madrid with me?  We are a family of 4 and are looking to fly out in August.  Prices for flights from Heathrow to Madrdid look quite cost effective.  Just wondered if anyone else had flown to Madrd and driven to Condado de Alhama - how long it takes, etc. Otherwise, can anyone suggest cheapest options of getting out to Spain in August?

Hello!

Does anyone happen to know anything about Millenium Levante beginning to re stain pergolas throughout the site of Condado de Alhama and billing you once complete unless advised otherwise?  We were under the impression that this was included in the monthly service charge!
 
Apparently, there is no way to stop them doing this, unless it has already been re stained & prices are speculated to be around 130€ to 160€ per apartment.  Can anyone shed any light on this?
