John's so right , it is important we know as much as possible why you managed to get your money back. I cannot remember anyone w/o bg getting their money before so hopefully the reasons Victor can give will offer a chink of light

I am one of the lucky one's who had a bg and got money back but am still owed deposit and compensation etc so if possible would like to recover. Your answers will decide whether it is worth investing nay more money with solicitors to fight this cause

Yet again I wish everyone all the best with this sorry mess

Certainly happy to do that although our agent PARADOR  are no more so they won't be doing any shows

Let me know where there any round Warks and I will make a fuss assuming I know the people have dealt with ACC before and have not helped their customers

PS I tried to e mail Claire Seeney who did TV promotions for Parador yet she or her pepople also faied to respond, like the agent she doesn't care now she had her wad (or villa maybe) from them

Bagpuss is quite right. Aldea are not to be trusted, deal with Miguel as he suggests who is by far the most successful legal agent mentioned on these forums. Conversely Aldea have been the worst. Need any mnore be said!

It just shows what a mockery the whole situation is

Has the EU no rules at all?

The Spanish have shown theirselves to be crooks over and over again and get away with it

Complaints to our MEP's have proved to be usel;ess, how can they sleep at night taking their fat salaries, we should expose them for their lack of action

We should not holiday there and steps should be taken to have then removed from the EU. massive protest to our Govt and media is the only way anyone on Spain may take notice

Diabolical how the British Govt have allowed us to suffer like this
