WARNING!!!

As a UK resident and having lost over 50000 euros on an off plan development we are finding that there is another new scam happening in Spain.  

We are finding that there are a few Lawyers in Spain that are advertising in the press about lost deposits and obviously a few cases that have been to court that they have won. Although these are very few! 

When you have lost a lot of money like we did, you are very vulnerable.

At this early stage we are trying to warn people, do your homework first and think twice about getting involved and handing over any more money. 

We are at the beginning of developing a new action group  and a new website and Facebook page where we can voice our experiences and opnions.  

Please beware of these people and keep looking out for us in the very near future.

Hi there, can anyone tell me how things are within Horizonte de Riviera Golf. We have an apatrment but it was never finished to the specifications and are in a dispute with our lawyer and the developer. However I have heard that the developer has gone bust and some of the apartments are being reposessed, can anyone confirm this?? Do you have a usable swimming pool, childrens play area?? Is the electric all sorted now?? Would really appreciate an update from people who are living within the complex. Many thanks

 Hi there, can anyone update us on the development of the swimming pool and other communal areas. We were in Spain last April and the pool wasn't being used and their was no children's play area!

 Hi there, can anyone give me an update on the electricity situation, does the complex have electricity and has the generator gone?? I know that a community has been set up now, how are all the other things coming along? Am very intrigued to hear back from you guys that are out there!
