I am interested to know if you eventually got interest and legal fees paid ??

Hi Keith

Good Luck - we sincerely hope all of you in Finca Parcs Action Group receive the correct judgement in this case at the Hellin Court in May this year and that you all receive your deposits back soon thereafter.  We did have a Bank Guarantee for the first phase of this development but still we had to go to Court to get our deposit back - which thankfully Maria and her team won back for us - We wish you all the best for a right and just outcome !

Does anyone know how much it costs to courier a document from Spain to UK ?  We have asked our Spanish lawyers to return our POA document as we no longer intend to buy property in Spain and they have told us it will cost 100 Euros to courier this document to us in the UK.  This seems rather an excessive amount.

Glad to hear Maria and her team helped you retrieve your deposit with interest.   Can I ask - did you have a Bank Guarantee ?   Were you awarded legal costs ?   How much a percentage was the interest   4% or 6%  or less  ?
