I heard about block three yesterday pm from my solicitor. I am very very upset as I have an apartment on the top floor. I also have been told it will be fiv e months wait for my deposit plus a few hundred euros. Does anyone have a solictor who can tell us how to get two years interest as that is how long I have been waiting. I cannot speak Spanish.
It would seem the town hall has arenal over a barrel and told them to give block three for social housing or they would not get any licence Do you agree? Also I was told the apartments cannot be sold for more than the asking price for ten years which makes a mockery out of buying them as an investment. I can't believe I have been so stupid or are we just the victims of another Spanish scam ?? Does anyone know anything about buying property in Turkey ? Is it as dodgy? Feel like giving up on bying anything at all.
