I have an apartment that I would be interested in leasing on a long term basis - can you advise what sort of monthly rental they are going for and if there is still a requirement for them.

We planned to move out to the village on a permanent basis and tried it. Unfortunately we found it wasn't for us so thus the apartment will be sold. Let me know if you are interested or know anyone who is.

We're thinking of selling our Penthouse apartment in phase one - already complete. Air conditioning (cool and heat) has been installed as has shower door in the downstairs shower room. Please e-mail me privately if you are interested and require any further information.

Hi,,my wife and i went to the spanish consulate in edinburgh to get our N.I.E numbers cost was £22 each we had to wait just over 3 months for them to arrive back,we got them 2 days before going over to sign for house,if we had not we would have to go to Alicante and get them the same day,you have to go to the office in Alicante if you want them the same day ,,long wwait though,,if you dont need them for 3-4 months i suggest spanish consulate in edinburgh i think its in castle street,,,hope this helps Mike/Sandra
