When looking at plots or properties  around Lorca, it's worth checking how far you would be from  intensive pig/chicken sheds,and whether a route has been fixed for a proposed dual carriageway  highway from Pulpi to Purias, and also the  possible high speed rail line (AVE)  Murcia-Lorca-Vera.
